Returns

we are not accepting returns at this time due to covid-19

Need a different size, a different design, or a refund? No problem! We like to make your experience as easy AND as enjoyable as possible with our hassle-free return policy. We accept items for refund or size exchange within 30 days of the original order date as long as the product is in new condition. Just send us an email at help@vigilantandhumble.com and we will get you taken care of. 


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Exchanges

we are not accepting exchanges at this time due to covid-19


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or you received the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@vigilantandhumble.com and will email you a return label.
