How long does it take my order to ship?

Please allow up to 10 business days before shipping. Expedited shipping does not accelerate the production process.

I entered the wrong address when I placed my order, is it possible to fix this?

Yes. Please send an email with your order number and updated shipping address to help@vigilantandhumble.com to make the adjustment and we will send an order confirmation email with the correct shipping address.

I didn't get an email order confirmation with my order number, did it go through?

If you notice that you have not received an email confirming your order, chances are, you entered it incorrectly. Also, please be sure to check your spam folders as they may get redirected to spam. We advise you to make sure that you double check all information before submitting your order. If you did not receive an email with your confirmation, send an email to help@vigilantandhumble.com and we will provide you with your order number for future reference.

Need a different size, a different design, or a refund? No problem! We like to make your experience as easy AND as enjoyable as possible with our hassle-free return policy. We accept items for refund or size exchange within 30 days of the original order date as long as the product is in new condition.
